If you're an amateur electronics enthusiast who happened to purchase a Sure Electronics 1088DEG-B 8x8 bicolour LED and are wondering what the pinout is, look no further. Their user's guide clearly tells you what the pin-number-to-LED-and-colour mapping is, but doesn't tell you what the pin numbers are. This can be quite confusing if you're a complete n00b like me (I'm sure more experienced folks find it obvious). Please have a look at the drawing below for a clear pinout of this component.
From what I've tried so far, if you're trying to wire this directly into an Arduino Uno, you'll run out of pins if you want to do two colours. So unless you get some more components, this will remain a single-colour display for your Uno.
